많고 부족한데 뭐부터 해야하는지 모르겠다..! 너무 복잡하게 산다는 뜻이다..! 너무 채우기만하고 버리지 못하고 쌓인다..! 그리고는 아프다..! 아파야만 아프다고 말한다..! 지인이 쌓여버린 찌꺼기들이 터져버린 것이다..! 이제야 이 책 한권이 버리는 것 알려준다고 한다..!
